Dear Parents and Carers,

We are excited to announce that we will be holding a Whole School Santa Fun Run for all pupils on Friday, 5th December 2025

Pupils are invited to wear red, a Christmas jumper, or something Christmas-themed along with their trainers.

We are selling Santa Hats for £1.50 each which can be purchased via Scopay. Please log into Scopay to give permission and make payment for one hat per child (Hat purchase is not compulsory). Any additional funds raised will be used to purchase equipment for use during break times.

Event Details

The Fun Run will take place around the school site, with pupils running by year group. Years 4, 5 and 6 will be running a short loop off site. The event will be supervised by school staff and any DBS checked parent volunteers (all welcome). Year 6 will start at 9.30am and Year 5 at 9.50am and Year 4 10.10am. The other year groups will take part on site later in the morning.

Permission: Please complete the Scopay Form via the Scopay app to give consent for your child to participate and for your Year 4/5/6 child to leave the site for their run.

Volunteer Help: Please indicate the google form if you are able to help at any of the times indicated above for the events off site.

We ask that all payments for Santa Hats be made via Scopay by Thursday 4th December 2025 to ensure we can prepare for the event.
